The Access to Resources team (ART) is responsible for the commissioning, monitoring and brokering of services for children, young people and families. ART ensure that services meet the required standards to effectively deliver outcomes and best value.
We are looking for a Brokerage Officer to source, facilitate and purchase family support packages for children and families. Applicants should have the ability to work in a pressured environment with ever changing workload priorities, problem solve and work to tight and conflicting deadlines.
The person appointed will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, be able to liaise with internal and external providers and colleagues on a daily basis and work as part of a team. Good IT skills are also needed and you will have line management responsibility for a Brokerage Assistant.
